UPDATES:
We hope that your child can join us for this 6 week program. Mondays, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25 (5:30-7:30 p.m.) at the New Rogell Golf Course Clubhouse, 18601 Berg Road, Detroit, MI 48219
Program Objectives:
Youth will have an opportunity to learn more about 2D & 3D shapes, label/draw them, and identify when and where they are used in everyday life.
The program starts with a Pre-Quiz to determine group placement and set learning priorities. The program incorporates several rules, terms, games, and activities.
Youth will use math tools (compass, protractor, calculator) appropriately and have fun creating a 3D net to market a product or service.
The program ends with a Post-Quiz, presentations, and family trivia fun. Hands on activities and games will be incorporated daily.
*Homework assistance is between 5:30-6:00 p.m.
